Welcome to Prizma Optic. This document applies to all users and is designed to ensure a clear and professional relationship between our boutique and our valued customers.

Introduction and General Terms

The Prizma Optic website serves as a platform for presenting our luxury eyewear and contact lens collection in Israel.

We kindly ask that you read these terms carefully before using our digital services.

This agreement forms the legal foundation for all interactions with Prizma Optic.

Access to this site and its services is restricted to individuals aged 18 and older.

By using the site, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

As we strive for excellence, these terms may be updated periodically; we recommend reviewing them prior to each use.

Registration and Community

To enjoy a personalized experience, we recommend registering with a secure account.

Registration requires your full name, address, email, and phone number.

Please ensure all details are accurate.

By registering, you agree to join our mailing list to receive exclusive updates, collections, and promotions from the Prizma Optic network.

Users must act in good faith and respect all intellectual property rights and legal provisions.

Purchasing Process

1. The Prizma Optic website (prizma-optic.co.il, hereinafter: "the Site") serves as a platform for presenting products, services and marketing content. Orders and purchases are completed at the store or coordinated directly with a representative (WhatsApp 053-364-5404, email service@prizma-optic.co.il, or via the contact form on the Site).

2. Site use is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over, in accordance with the law.

3. All prices on the Site include VAT. Prices may change based on promotions, discounts and stock, and there may be price differences between the Site and the actual price in store.

4. Product images are for illustration only.

5. Prizma Optic reserves the right to update products, prices and stock availability at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. To complete an order, the customer will be asked to provide identifying details (full name, phone, ID and payment information).

7. Providing false information is a criminal offense.

8. In case of human error or technical bug in product details, price or image — Prizma Optic reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.

9. All prescription glasses, prescription sunglasses, and prescription contact lens orders are subject to approval by a Prizma Optic optometrist.

Payments

1. Payment for orders is processed at the store or through a representative, using the payment methods available at that time (credit cards, cash, bank transfer, or standing order).

2. The option to split payment into installments depends on the size of the transaction and on the arrangements with credit card companies.

3. Prizma Optic reserves the right to discontinue or add payment providers and alternative payment methods.

4. Order confirmation is subject to approval by the credit card company / chosen payment method.

5. Payment with a credit card not owned by the payer requires power of attorney from the owner. Unauthorized use of a credit card is a criminal offense.

Products

Any price presented to the customer — on the Site, by a representative via WhatsApp/phone, or in store — includes VAT. Delivery fees, if charged, are determined separately based on the type of order and the destination, and will be clarified to the customer when coordinating the order.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Prizma Optic enables delivery of products purchased through the store or coordinated with a representative, subject to the availability of courier services and their geographic coverage in Israel.

2. Delivery fees, if charged, vary based on the type of order, the destination, and courier availability. The exact cost will be presented to the customer when coordinating the order, prior to confirming the transaction.

3. In-store pickup (32 Herzl Street, Ashkelon) — at no charge.

4. Estimated delivery times: between 3 and 21 business days, depending on product type and stock availability.

5. If incorrect details are provided at the time of order, Prizma Optic reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of redelivery.

6. Prizma Optic shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by Force Majeure or events outside its control (strikes, lockouts, weather, etc.). Prizma Optic's liability for delays or delivery failures is limited to the value of the ordered product.

7. Prizma Optic shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages incurred by the customer due to delay or delivery failure — including loss of income or profit.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you change your mind:

Notification: Please notify us via WhatsApp (053-364-5404) or email at service@prizma-optic.co.il.

Shelf Products: Non-customized items can be returned within 72 hours of receipt if unused and in original packaging.

Custom Orders: Personalized items, such as prescription lenses or tailored frames, cannot be returned or exchanged unless a Prizma Optic optometrist confirms a "non-adaptation" issue.

Contact Lenses: Lenses and solutions cannot be returned once the original packaging is opened.

Refund Details: Refunds are processed within 14 business days, minus a cancellation fee (5% of order value or ₪100, whichever is lower, per the Consumer Protection Law). If the order included delivery, the delivery cost will not be refunded.

Cancellation Terms

1. Customers may cancel the transaction within 72 hours of receiving the product, no questions asked. Refunds apply only to off-the-shelf glasses, not to special-order or custom items. The refund will be processed within 14 business days according to credit card company procedures, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or ₪100 — whichever is lower. If the order included delivery, the delivery cost will not be refunded.

Warranty

Luxury frames and lenses include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.

This warranty does not cover breakage, scratches, or damage resulting from unreasonable use.

Warranty services are provided in-store upon presentation of the original invoice.

Vision Excellence: Multifocal Adaptation

Every first-time multifocal user receives professional guidance from a certified Prizma Optic optometrist.

Adaptation is a natural process that can take from a few hours to several months.

We offer a 3-month adaptation warranty. If you experience difficulties, we provide a free re-examination and will replace the lenses if necessary at no extra cost.
