1. General
1.1. Prizma Optic (hereinafter: "the Company") respects the privacy of its customers, website visitors, and service users, and operates in accordance with applicable Israeli law, including the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the regulations promulgated thereunder (hereinafter: "the Law").
1.2. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and store personal information, as well as user rights and additional provisions regarding data privacy.
1.3. Use of the website and the Company's services constitutes agreement to this policy.
1.4. This policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only but applies to all genders equally.

3.5. Sending updates, reminders, or marketing materials - subject to user consent.

4.1. The Company will retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, including compliance with legal requirements.
4.2. Without limiting the above:
4.2.1. Transaction records will be retained for at least seven (7) years, in accordance with tax and bookkeeping laws.
4.2.2. Inquiries made through "Contact Us" forms or service requests will be retained for up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of inquiry.
4.2.3. Medical information will be retained for the period required for ongoing optometric care and in accordance with legal obligations.
4.3. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized.
4.4. Information is stored on secure servers in Israel and may be transferred to and stored outside of Israel if the Company utilizes international cloud service providers, subject to applicable law.

5.1. The Company will not sell, lease, or transfer personal information to third parties, except as detailed below:
5.1.1. To service providers acting on behalf of the Company, including payment processors, delivery companies, mailing services, and storage providers.

6.2. The Company will use medical information solely for the provision of optical services and will not disclose it to third parties unless essential for the provision of such services.
6.3. Access to medical information is restricted to authorized personnel and is maintained within secure systems.

7.1. The Company employs reasonable technological and organizational measures, including encryption protocols (SSL/TLS), server security systems, and access controls, to prevent unauthorized use, loss, or damage to personal information.
7.2. It is clarified that despite these efforts, data transmission over the internet is not entirely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security.

Use of analytical tools to improve the user experience — We use the "Microsoft Clarity" service by Microsoft on our website in order to better understand how our users interact with the site and to improve our user experience, security and services. The service allows us to analyze behavioral data such as page scroll patterns, clicks, and mouse movements.
Anonymous data collection (cookieless): For most visitors to the site (except for certain regions specified below), we operate the service in "Cookieless" mode. In this mode, the tool does not read or place identifying files (Cookies) on your device. The information collected is anonymous and statistical only. We apply strict technological measures to prevent personal identification, including: blurring and truncation of your IP address; automatic masking of text fields and personal or sensitive information (names, email, phone, payment details) so that such information is completely hidden and is not sent to or stored on Microsoft's servers.
For visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland: the service is not activated by default; its activation is conditional on prior explicit consent (Opt-in) via the cookie banner.
8.4. Right to Object (Opt-out)
Right to object and disable tracking — Although the information collected is anonymous and does not identify you, we respect your right to privacy.
(1) Browser settings (Do Not Track): Our systems honor "Do Not Track" requests from common browsers; enabling this feature will prevent the measurement tool from being activated.
(2) Disable tracking on the site: Clicking "Disable anonymous tracking" will disable the analytics tool on this device and browser.
