Cancellation Policy

We are committed to making every purchase a positive experience. If for any reason you're not satisfied, our cancellation policy is here to help.


Cancellation Terms

  1. Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of receiving the product, no questions asked. Refunds apply only to non-prescription, off-the-shelf glasses. Refunds are processed within 14 business days per your credit card provider's procedures, minus a shipping fee (₪35) and a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or ₪100 - whichever is lower.
  2. The product must be returned in new, unused condition in its original packaging. If the product shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to decline the cancellation.
  3. Contact lenses and lens solutions cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited once the packaging has been opened. If your prescription has changed, an in-store exchange may be arranged.
  4. Products with a retail price exceeding ₪1,799 are not eligible for a refund.
  5. For orders containing multiple items, partial cancellations are not permitted. You may cancel the entire order or keep it as is. All cancellation terms above apply.
  6. Any determination regarding a product defect is made at the discretion of the store manager or a Prizma Optic optometrist. For contact lenses, opening the original packaging is considered evidence of use.


How to Cancel

  1. Submit a request: Send a cancellation request to Service@prizma-optic.co.il or contact us on WhatsApp at 0534347265. Please include your order details and the reason for cancellation.
  2. Return the product: Once we receive your request, we'll provide return instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or doesn't match your order.
  3. Receive your refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or one that doesn't match your order, you may request a replacement or refund. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
