Purchasing & Delivery
Purchases at Prizma Optic are completed at our store or coordinated with a representative. In-store pickup is available at no charge, or you may request home delivery.
Delivery fees vary based on the type of order, destination, and courier availability. A representative will provide the exact cost when coordinating your order.
Estimated delivery times (depending on product and stock):
- Off-the-shelf sunglasses — up to 7 business days
- Contact lenses — up to 14 business days
- Toric contact lenses (with cylinder) — up to 21 business days
- Prescription glasses — up to 14 business days
Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges and returns are accepted only if the product has not been used, and within 72 hours of delivery.
Contact lenses - returns accepted within 14 business days, provided the packaging is sealed and undamaged.
Sunglasses - cancellation is permitted only if no adjustments of any kind have been made.
Prescription glasses - cannot be exchanged or returned.
Premium items: Sunglasses with a full retail price above ₪1,799 (before any discount, as listed on prizma-optic.co.il) cannot be cancelled.
How to Exchange:
1) Visit our store - 32 Herzl Street, Ashkelon (search "Prizma Optic" on Waze).
2) Pre-coordination — contact us via WhatsApp 053-364-5404 or email service@prizma-optic.co.il, and a representative will arrange the return process with you.
Returns - Cancellations must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product. You will receive a full refund minus a 5% cancellation fee (capped at ₪100, as required by law). The refund will be processed in the month following receipt of the returned item.
Refund Calculation: If the customer cancels the transaction, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or ₪100 — whichever is lower — will be deducted, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. If the order included delivery, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
General Terms
- Non-custom products may be exchanged with a receipt within 72 hours of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Cancellation fee: 5% of the purchase value or ₪100 - whichever is lower.
- Contact lenses - no returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened or damaged.
- No warranty coverage for frame breakage (prescription or sunglasses).
- Subject to applicable law, we accept no liability for damage caused during repair of older glasses beyond the warranty period provided by Prizma Optic.
- Lens warranty - Prizma Optic does not warrant against lens scratches. The warranty covers anti-reflective coating for one to three years, depending on lens type.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued using the original payment method.
- Prices on the website, in-store, and at our mobile unit may vary based on current promotions and stock availability.
- Frame-only purchases (without lenses) - Prizma Optic does not warrant your existing lenses, and the frame warranty is voided if lenses are later fitted by another provider.
- Lens-only purchases (fitted into your own frame) - Prizma Optic is not responsible for any damage to your frame during the fitting process.
- Special promotions cannot be combined and are valid while supplies last, unless stated otherwise.
Multifocal Adaptation
First-time multifocal wearers are entitled to a 3-month adaptation period starting from the day you receive your glasses. If you are unable to adapt during this time, you may either receive credit toward single-vision lenses (distance or reading) fitted into the same frame, or request a refund for the multifocal lenses in accordance with Prizma Optic policy (after deducting cancellation fees).
Please note: frames cannot be returned or exchanged once prescription lenses have been fitted.
